Terms and operational rules for enrolled students and users of the Sojib ICT academic portal.

Program Delivery & Offline Classes

Sojib ICT provides in-person, offline academic coaching and practical training. All lectures, interactive sessions, and physical exams are conducted strictly offline at our designated coaching center in Rajshahi. This digital platform functions solely as a student information portal for tracking progress, attendance, exam evaluations, and academic notices.

Fees & Offline Payment Policy

Please note our operational policy regarding fees and accounts:

  • No Online Transactions: We do not accept course payments, fees, or monetary transactions directly through this website.
  • Direct Office Payments: All course fees, admissions, and payments must be completed in person directly at our coaching office counter.
  • Fee Records: Payment status shown in the portal reflects office ledger records for informational and transparency purposes only.

Student Portal & Account Security

Enrolled students are provided secure portal access to monitor their academic records:

  • You must provide accurate personal, contact, and college details during registration or profile setup.
  • Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, and verification OTPs.
  • Sharing student portal access or manipulating attendance/exam logs is strictly prohibited.

Handouts & Academic Intellectual Property

All offline lecture sheets, exam question sets, model test papers, OMR evaluations, and digital tools provided by Sojib ICT are proprietary materials. They are intended exclusively for the personal study of enrolled batch students. Any commercial reproduction or unauthorized public distribution is prohibited.

Rules & Disciplinary Actions

Students are expected to maintain proper decorum during offline classroom hours and use the digital portal responsibly. The authority reserves the right to suspend or terminate offline enrollment and portal access for any breach of discipline or academic misconduct.
